Taxi drivers required to issue receipts - SC New Ruling

According to LTFRB (Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board), the Supreme Court ruling would result to additional revenues for the government.
This new ruling would prevent the taxi drivers in using tampered meters with the use of “batingting” and the infamous “contracting services”.
On the other hand, some taxi operators and drivers are complaining over the expensive meter that issues receipt which will cost them around P24,000 per unit.
